Order Cancellation
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order:
- Contact us immediately at sales@couriercraft.com or WhatsApp us at +91- 999-888-7777.
- Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
Conditions for Cancellation
- Customized and Printed Bags: Can be canceled before confirmation without penalty. Once confirmed, these orders cannot be canceled.
- Plain Bags: Can be canceled before shipping, subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: If canceled before confirmation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If canceled before confirmation, no charges apply. If the order has shipped, refuse delivery. Refunds for any advance payment will be processed once we receive the returned shipment.
Exceptions
- Promotional and Special Scheme Orders: Orders from special promotions or events (e.g., Diwali, Christmas) are not eligible for cancellation.
- Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: Orders to non-serviceable pin codes cannot be canceled once shipped. Ensure cancellation before confirmation for such orders.
Changes to Your Order
To make changes to your order (e.g., delivery address or items), contact us immediately at sales@couriercraft.com or WhatsApp us at +91- 999-888-7777. We will try to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is confirmed.
