The flap is sealed with a permanent hot-melt adhesive. Once you press it down, the bag cannot be opened again without visibly tearing or stretching the film — there is no way to peel it back and re-seal it. If a customer claims a parcel arrived opened, an intact seal is your proof that it did not.
All Courier Craft bags are made from 60 micron virgin LDPE film. That is thicker than the 40–50 micron bags most sellers get from resellers, and it is the reason our bags survive being thrown into a sorting hub. The film is opaque, so nobody can see what is inside, and it takes marker pen and label adhesive cleanly.
Yes. LDPE is completely waterproof, and the adhesive seal closes the bag along its full width. Rain, humidity, spilled liquid in a delivery van and dust are all kept out — which matters if you ship clothing, paper goods, cosmetics or electronics.
A POD (proof of delivery) pocket is a transparent pouch on the front of the bag. You slide your invoice or shipping label into it, so the paperwork stays readable and dry without being taped to the bag. Every one of our 13 sizes is available with or without it. If your courier prints its own label, you can skip the pocket and save a little per bag.
Lay your packed product flat, measure it, and add roughly an inch to the width and two inches to the height so the flap seals cleanly. As a rough guide: 6.5 x 8 inches suits jewellery and accessories, 10 x 12 fits most single apparel items, 12 x 16 handles bulky clothing, and 18 x 22 and up is for multi-item or oversized orders. Tell us what you ship and we will recommend a size.
Yes. Send us your artwork — vector files such as AI, PDF, CDR or EPS print sharpest, but a high-resolution PNG works too. We prepare a print mockup and only go to press once you approve it. Custom printed bags use the same tamper proof seal and the same 60 micron film as our plain range.
There is no minimum on anything held in ready stock — plain white bags, our 11 printed designs and all 23 box sizes. Buy a hundred or a hundred thousand. Custom printing with your own logo does carry an MOQ, and it varies by bag size, so send us the size and quantity and we will confirm it.
Yes, and we recommend it for custom print orders. Buy a small quantity of the plain or printed bag you are considering through the shop, or ask us for a sample when you request a quote. It is worth checking the film and seal in your own packing setup before committing to a large run.
COD is available on eligible orders and PIN codes; you will see it as an option at checkout if your order qualifies. We also accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and direct bank transfer for bulk orders. Every order ships with a GST tax invoice.
For stocked items, add them to your cart on the website and check out — no account required, though creating one lets you track orders and reorder in a click. For bulk quantities or custom printing, use the Request a Quote form instead: send your size, quantity and artwork, and we will come back with slab pricing within one working day.
Four steps. You send artwork and confirm the size, quantity and pocket option. We share a print mockup showing exactly how the bag will look. You approve it — nothing is printed before you do. Production and delivery then take 15 to 20 days in total. Any change to the artwork after approval restarts the mockup stage.
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and direct bank transfer, all through a secure payment gateway. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and PIN codes. Bulk orders are usually settled by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. GST invoice included either way.
Yes — that is most of what we do. We manufacture in Surat and sell direct, so bulk rates are quoted on slabs rather than a single flat price. Send two or three quantity levels through the quote form and we will price each one so you can see exactly where the rate drops.
Plain bags, ready-stock printed bags and boxes are dispatched the next business day and typically reach you in 3 to 7 business days. Custom printed orders take 15 to 20 days in total, counted from the day you approve the print mockup. Remote PIN codes can add a couple of days.
You get a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier, and you can also see it under My Account → Orders. Tracking usually takes a few hours to start updating after dispatch, so do not worry if it looks blank at first.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and — this is the important one — an unboxing video showing the sealed parcel before it is opened. That single video is what lets us approve a replacement or refund without a back-and-forth. Once your claim is approved and the item is back with us, a replacement is dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
Stocked items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging, and orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Custom printed bags carrying your logo cannot be returned or cancelled once printing has started, because they cannot be resold. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
