Choosing frosted zipper bags
These bags pack the product; a courier bag or box carries it. Frosted zipper bags are 75–80 micron matte, translucent film with a zipper closure, so a garment shows softly through and the bag reads as retail packaging. They are resealable, so the customer can open and close them.
Sizes run from 4 × 4 inches, for accessories, to 14 × 18 inches for folded apparel, in the same inch sizes as our courier bags — so a 10 × 12 zipper bag slips into a 12 × 14 or 12 × 16 courier bag with room for the flap. Plain bags come in packs of 100. Frosted zipper bags can also be printed with your logo, made to order from 100 pieces after a mockup.
Zipper bags are not tamper-evident. For dispatch, put the pouch inside a tamper-proof courier bag. Plain bags are supplied to order and dispatched from Surat in 2 to 3 business days.
Common questions
Are zipper bags tamper proof?
No. Zipper bags are resealable product packaging — the customer is meant to open and close them. For dispatch, put the pouch inside a tamper-proof courier bag or a box; the courier bag's permanent seal is what shows whether a parcel was opened in transit.
