Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of couriercraft.com (the "website") and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by Courier Craft (GSTIN 24KHSPK7445G1ZQ), registered at 55, Mira Nagar Society, Nearby Saurashtra Patel Bhavan, Surat, Gujarat – 395006, India ("we", "us" or "our").

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility & Your Information

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete name, contact and delivery details when placing an order.
• You must not use the website or our products for any unlawful purpose.

Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown when you place your order.
• Film thickness, bag dimensions and box dimensions are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances of ±10%.
• Print colour and shade may vary slightly between production batches, and product photos may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Orders

• You receive an order confirmation after your order is placed.
• We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, or the order appears fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Payments

• We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Bulk orders may be settled by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.
• Online payments are processed on Razorpay's secure checkout. We do not store your card or bank details.
• An online order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction details — any amount received without a confirmed order is refunded in full.

Shipping & Delivery

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, and eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Product Quality

Our bags are made from 60 micron virgin LDPE film with a permanent hot-melt seal, and our boxes from 3 ply corrugated kraft board. We replace goods that arrive with a manufacturing defect — a seal that will not close, a split seam, or crushed board.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by overfilling a bag, sealing it incorrectly, or using a size that is too small for the contents. If you are unsure which size to order, ask us before you buy.

Bulk & Dealer Orders

• Bulk and dealer pricing is quoted separately and is subject to written confirmation.
• Bulk quotes are valid for the period stated on the quotation and may require a minimum order quantity.
• Dispatch timelines for bulk and project orders are estimates and depend on stock availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, product photos, graphics, logos and the Courier Craft name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted on this page.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
