Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all orders placed on couriercraft.com, operated by Courier Craft. We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through courier partners. We do not currently ship outside India.

Dispatch Time

• Orders are dispatched from Surat, Gujarat within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Deliveries to remote areas, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories may take longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen because of courier issues, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order and the delivery state.
• Rates are lowest within Gujarat and higher for the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories.
• The shipping charge, inclusive of GST, is shown in your order summary at checkout before you pay.
• Shipping for bulk and project orders is quoted separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details with you by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact us with your order number for a status update.

Delivery Address

• Please provide a complete address, PIN code and an active phone number so the courier can reach you.
• If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or you are unavailable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping may attract additional charges.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please check the package at delivery. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse it, or accept it and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
