Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all orders placed on couriercraft.com, operated by Courier Craft. It explains how you can cancel an order, return a product and receive a refund.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
• To cancel, email hello@couriercraft.com or call +91 75730 42804 with your order number.
• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under the returns policy below.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, or the order cannot be verified. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused, with the pack unopened
• In its original condition, with the full quantity supplied
• In its original outer packaging
• Accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging (an unboxing video helps).

After verification we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, and we cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened packs, and any bags that have been sealed or written on
• Custom printed bags carrying your own artwork — they cannot be resold, which is why we share a mockup for approval before printing
• Goods damaged by overfilling, incorrect sealing or storage after delivery
• Bulk orders supplied against a specific quotation, unless defective

How to Request a Return

1. 1Email hello@couriercraft.com or call +91 75730 42804 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. 2We confirm whether the product is eligible and share the return instructions.
3. 3Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address.
4. 4Once we receive and inspect the product, we notify you whether the refund or replacement is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days:

• Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking) are refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• Bank transfer payments are refunded by transfer to the account the payment came from.
• Shipping charges are refunded when the order is cancelled before dispatch, or when the product was damaged, defective or wrong.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. For damaged, defective or wrong products, we bear the return shipping cost.

We recommend a trackable courier for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Manufacturing Defects

We replace goods that reach you with a manufacturing defect, whatever the quantity.

• Covered: seals that will not close, split seams, torn film, and crushed or mis-cut board.
• Not covered: bags damaged by overfilling or incorrect sealing, or goods stored in direct sunlight or damp for long periods.
• To raise a claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the affected goods.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

2. 2Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary.
3. 3If you still have not received it, email hello@couriercraft.com with your order number.
