The flap is sealed with a permanent hot-melt adhesive. Once you press it down, the bag cannot be opened again without visibly tearing or stretching the film — there is no way to peel it back and re-seal it. If a customer claims a parcel arrived opened, an intact seal is your proof that it did not.

All Courier Craft bags are 60 micron virgin LDPE film, in every size and every print. The film is opaque, so nobody can see what is inside, and it takes marker pen and label adhesive cleanly.

Yes. LDPE is completely waterproof, and the adhesive seal closes the bag along its full width. Rain, humidity, spilled liquid in a delivery van and dust are all kept out — which matters if you ship clothing, paper goods, cosmetics or electronics.

A POD (proof of delivery) pocket is a transparent pouch on the front of the bag. You slide your invoice or shipping label into it, so the paperwork stays readable and dry without being taped to the bag. Every one of our 13 plain sizes is available with or without it. If your courier prints its own label, you can skip the pocket and save a little per bag.

Lay your packed product flat, measure it, and add roughly an inch to the width and two inches to the height so the flap seals cleanly. As a rough guide: 6.5 × 8 inches suits jewellery and accessories, 10 × 12 fits most single apparel items, 12 × 16 handles bulky clothing, and 18 × 22 and up is for multi-item or oversized orders. Tell us what you ship and we will recommend a size.

Yes. Send us your artwork — vector files such as AI, PDF, CDR or EPS print sharpest, but a high-resolution PNG works too. We prepare a print mockup, and printing starts only once you approve it. Custom printed bags use the same tamper proof seal and the same 60 micron film as our plain range.

The minimum is one pack: 100 bags or 25 boxes. That applies to plain white bags, our 11 printed designs, all 22 box sizes and custom printing with your own logo. Above that, buy as many packs as you need.

Yes, and we recommend it for custom print orders. Buy a small quantity of the plain or printed bag you are considering through the shop, or ask us for a sample when you request a quote. It is worth checking the film and seal in your own packing setup before committing to a large run.

For stocked items, add them to your cart on the website and check out — no account required, though creating one lets you track orders and reorder in a click. For bulk quantities or custom printing, use the Request a Quote form instead: send your size, quantity and artwork, and we will come back with slab pricing within one working day.

Four steps. You send artwork and confirm the size, quantity and pocket option. We share a print mockup showing exactly how the bag will look. You approve it — nothing is printed before you do. Production and delivery then take 15 to 20 days in total. Any change to the artwork after approval restarts the mockup stage.

Yes. Bag prices step down automatically from 2 packs in the cart, and for 25 packs or more we quote slab rates rather than a single flat price. Send two or three quantity levels through the quote form and we will price each one so you can see exactly where the rate drops.

UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking, all through a secure payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not available at present. Bulk orders are usually settled by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. A GST tax invoice is included either way.

Plain bags, ready-stock printed bags and boxes are dispatched the next business day and typically reach you in 3 to 7 business days. Ranges supplied to order are dispatched in 2 to 3 business days — the product page shows which. Custom printed orders take 15 to 20 days in total, counted from the day you approve the print mockup. Remote PIN codes can add a couple of days.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. If you created an account, every order and its status is listed under My Account. If anything looks wrong, message us on +91 75730 42804.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the product, and we will replace or refund it. Filming the unboxing helps, but clear photographs are usually enough. Full terms are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Unused, unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom printed bags carry your artwork and cannot be resold, so they are not returnable once printed — which is exactly why we share a mockup for approval first.

Not at present. We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. If you need bulk packaging shipped abroad, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Our own stock — white courier bags, the 11 printed designs and the 22 sizes of 3 ply box — leaves Surat the next business day. Ranges we supply to order — black, pink and purple courier bags, the Essential line, mailer boxes, folding cartons, pizza boxes, corrugated sheets, zipper bags, tape, labels and shredded paper — are dispatched in 2 to 3 business days. Each product page states its own dispatch time.

A mailer box is a corrugated box whose lid is part of the box: fold the walls up, pack the product, and tuck the lid flap into the front. It closes without an outer carton and usually without tape, so the box itself is the presentation. Ours are 3 ply board in 96 sizes, in plain brown or white (packs of 100), nine colours (packs of 10), or printed with your logo.

A shipping box has four flaps on top and four underneath that you fold and tape shut; it is built for transit and sold flat in packs of 25. A mailer box has a one-piece tuck-in lid, closes without tape and is built to be opened by the customer, which is why D2C brands print on it. Both are 3 ply corrugated board. Many sellers put a mailer box inside a courier bag for a tamper-evident outer layer.

Yes. Custom printed mailer boxes are made to order in 92 sizes: send your artwork, approve the print mockup, and production and delivery take 15 to 20 days from approval. The minimum order is 100 boxes of a size. Because they carry your artwork, printed boxes cannot be returned for a change of mind.

The ply count is the number of paper layers in the corrugated board. 3 ply is two flat liners with one fluted (wavy) layer between them — the standard for e-commerce shipping boxes and mailer boxes. 5 ply adds a second flute and a third liner, for heavier or more fragile orders and cartons that are stacked. 7 ply has three flutes and four liners, for heavy or export shipments. Our boxes are 3 ply; corrugated sheets come in 3, 5 or 7 ply.

Not quite. Our white courier bags are 60 micron virgin LDPE with a permanent hot-melt seal and ship next business day. Pink and purple bags are 55 micron waterproof LDPE with the same type of permanent seal; black bags are LDPE/HDPE film with a self-seal adhesive strip. All are tamper-evident — the flap cannot be opened and reclosed without visible damage — and all are supplied to order, dispatched in 2 to 3 business days. Each product page lists its own film and seal.

No. Zipper bags are resealable product packaging — the customer is meant to open and close them. For dispatch, put the pouch inside a tamper-proof courier bag or a box; the courier bag's permanent seal is what shows whether a parcel was opened in transit.

Two direct thermal rolls: 4 × 6 inch with 400 labels per roll, the size most courier and marketplace panels print, and 3 × 5 inch with 500 labels per roll. Direct thermal labels print with heat, so there is no ink or ribbon. Check that your printer takes the roll size before ordering.
