About this product
Black tamper-evident courier bags printed with your logo or artwork, in 8 sizes from 6.5 × 8 to 16 × 20 inches, with or without a POD pocket, sold in packs of 100. How it works: choose the size and pocket option and add packs to your cart; send your artwork; we send a print mockup; printing starts only after you approve it. Any change to the artwork after approval restarts the mockup step. Vector files such as AI, PDF, CDR or EPS print sharpest, but a high-resolution PNG works too. Keep text large and bold and avoid hairline details for the cleanest print on black film. The bag itself is 60 micron film: once the flap is pressed down, opening the bag leaves visible damage. Sizes: 6.5 × 8, 8 × 10, 10 × 12, 10 × 14, 12 × 16, 14 × 16, 14 × 18, 16 × 20 inches. Made to order: production and delivery take 15 to 20 days from the day you approve the mockup. The minimum order is one pack of 100 bags of a size. Because the bags carry your artwork, they cannot be returned for a change of mind; misprinted or damaged bags are replaced.

Pack the order
Place the item inside and smooth out any trapped air.

Peel the liner strip
Pull the tape liner off the flap in one continuous motion.

Press along the seal
Fold the flap over and press firmly end to end. The adhesive is permanent.

Label and dispatch
Slip the invoice into the POD pocket, or stick the label on the bag.

What is a POD pocket?
POD stands for proof of delivery. The pocket is a transparent pouch on the front of the bag for the invoice or a paper shipping label, so the paperwork stays readable and dry. Without a pocket, a self-adhesive label sticks straight onto the bag.
How many are in a pack?
Each pack contains 100 bags. The minimum order is one pack.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, CDR or EPS print sharpest, but a high-resolution PNG works too. We share a print mockup, and printing starts only after you approve it.
When will it ship?
Custom printed orders are made to order: production and delivery take 15 to 20 days in total, counted from the day you approve the mockup.
Can I return it?
Custom printed items carry your artwork, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If they arrive damaged, misprinted or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund them. That is why we share a mockup for approval before printing.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Prices are per pack. For larger quantities, send your sizes and quantities through the quote form and we will quote slab rates.
